    • Full Time Custodian. The District is accepting applications for a full time custodian on 2nd shift. This position performs essential and non-essential custodial services in and around school buildings.  Starting rate is $15.00 per hour, plus shift differential with benefits. 

    Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

    • Substitute Food Service Workers. Called on an as needed basis to cover employee absences. Hours are typically 3.5 hours per day during lunch periods. Applications accepted until adequate substitute roster is established.

    Event Security Staff – hours and days as needed for district events and athletic events.  Starting rate is $12.50 per hour. 

  • ASSISTANT VARSITY/JV GIRLS’ BASKETBALL COACH

    The South Williamsport Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Varsity/JV Girls’ Basketball Coach.  Previous coaching experience is preferred.  The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to assist the head coach in building and sustaining the program, and willing to assist in managing all phases of the program including game planning, practice plans and leading student athletes.  Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.   • The Borough of South Williamsport is hiring two seasonal Crossing Guard employees; one full-time Crossing Guard, afternoon hours only, to work 5 hours a week, and one substitute Crossing Guard. The individuals must be able to pass a PA Criminal History Check and PA Child Abuse Clearances.
