All of our school employees, without exception, are eligible to participate in the District’s 403(b) plan.

Under the 403(b) plan, employees can withhold funds from their pay to invest with specified investment providers to supplement their PSERS retirement. Participation in the 403(b) program is completely optional. The District does not contribute any funds toward the 403(b) plan. The 403(b) Summary Plan Description  includes a list of Authorized Investment Providers. To participate in the program, contact one of the Authorized Investment Providers. They will assist you in completing a Salary Reduction Agreement. They then forward a copy of the Salary Reduction Agreement to the District so that the payroll deduction will begin.
